Hindsight Enterprise
Hindsight Enterprise is Hindsight for organizations that need their own deployment. Instead of sharing the multi-tenant Hindsight Cloud service, you get a single-tenant installation, dedicated to your organization, that Vectorize installs and operates with you. It runs in our cloud, in your own cloud account, or in your data center.
Enterprise includes everything in Hindsight Cloud, the same memory engine, API, SDKs, MCP server and console, plus the security, compliance, networking and scale capabilities described below.
Enterprise deployments are set up with the Hindsight team. Book a call or contact your Hindsight representative to get started.
Deployment options
| Option | Where it runs | Who operates it | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hindsight Cloud with Enterprise features | Hindsight Cloud (multi-tenant) | Vectorize | Teams that want Enterprise security and support without a dedicated deployment |
| Private cloud | A dedicated deployment in Vectorize's cloud account | Vectorize | Single-tenant isolation and a region of your choice, with nothing to run yourself |
| Bring your own cloud (BYOC) | Your AWS, Google Cloud or Azure account | Vectorize, with access you grant | Keeping data and infrastructure in your own cloud account |
| On-premises | Your Kubernetes infrastructure, including air-gapped environments | You, with Vectorize's help | Full control, regulated or disconnected environments |
Private cloud and BYOC deployments can be reached over private networking (AWS PrivateLink, Google Cloud Private Service Connect or Azure Private Link) so traffic between your applications and Hindsight never crosses the public internet.
See Choosing a deployment option for a side-by-side comparison, including who is responsible for what.
Enterprise capabilities
| Capability | What it gives you | Learn more |

| Private networking | Private endpoints and IP allowlisting so traffic stays off the public internet | Private networking |
| Hindsight Memlake | A memory storage and retrieval engine built on object storage, for scale, low and consistent latency, and lower cost as you grow | Hindsight Memlake |
| Single Sign-On (SSO) | Sign in with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or any OIDC/SAML provider; members are provisioned on first sign-in | Single Sign-On |
| Enforced MFA and session controls | Require multi-factor authentication for everyone, and sign out idle sessions automatically | MFA |
| Memory Defense | Detect and redact secrets and sensitive data, block prompt injection, and build policies for what may be stored | Memory Defense |
| Data privacy (GDPR) | Erasure, retention and export of a person's data across your memory banks | Data Privacy |
| Audit logs | A per-bank record of who did what, and when | Audit Logs |
| Webhooks and SIEM | Stream memory and security events to your endpoints or SIEM | Webhooks & SIEM |

How these docs are organized
- Deployment options: what each option includes, what you provide, and how installation, networking and upgrades work.
- Hindsight Memlake: the object-storage memory engine for large memory volumes, available on every deployment option.
- Security & Compliance: SSO, MFA, Memory Defense, data privacy, audit logs and SIEM integration.
- How Hindsight works: how a memory bank learns, from extracted facts to observations, mental models and knowledge pages.
- Using Hindsight: integrations with agent frameworks and AI tools, memory banks, retain, recall, reflect, mental models, MCP and the API. These pages are the same as in the Hindsight Cloud docs; on a dedicated deployment, use your deployment's URLs (see Accessing your deployment).
- SDKs and Administration: client libraries, API keys, team management and support.
For the open-source Hindsight memory engine, which you can run yourself, see the open-source documentation.
