Hindsight Enterprise

Hindsight Enterprise is Hindsight for organizations that need their own deployment. Instead of sharing the multi-tenant Hindsight Cloud service, you get a single-tenant installation, dedicated to your organization, that Vectorize installs and operates with you. It runs in our cloud, in your own cloud account, or in your data center.

Enterprise includes everything in Hindsight Cloud, the same memory engine, API, SDKs, MCP server and console, plus the security, compliance, networking and scale capabilities described below.

Hindsight Cloud with Enterprise featuresHindsight Cloud (multi-tenant)VectorizeTeams that want Enterprise security and support without a dedicated deployment
Private cloudA dedicated deployment in Vectorize's cloud accountVectorizeSingle-tenant isolation and a region of your choice, with nothing to run yourself
Bring your own cloud (BYOC)Your AWS, Google Cloud or Azure accountVectorize, with access you grantKeeping data and infrastructure in your own cloud account
On-premisesYour Kubernetes infrastructure, including air-gapped environmentsYou, with Vectorize's helpFull control, regulated or disconnected environments

Private cloud and BYOC deployments can be reached over private networking (AWS PrivateLink, Google Cloud Private Service Connect or Azure Private Link) so traffic between your applications and Hindsight never crosses the public internet.

See Choosing a deployment option for a side-by-side comparison, including who is responsible for what.

How these docs are organized

  • Deployment options: what each option includes, what you provide, and how installation, networking and upgrades work.
  • Hindsight Memlake: the object-storage memory engine for large memory volumes, available on every deployment option.
  • Security & Compliance: SSO, MFA, Memory Defense, data privacy, audit logs and SIEM integration.
  • How Hindsight works: how a memory bank learns, from extracted facts to observations, mental models and knowledge pages.
  • Using Hindsight: integrations with agent frameworks and AI tools, memory banks, retain, recall, reflect, mental models, MCP and the API. These pages are the same as in the Hindsight Cloud docs; on a dedicated deployment, use your deployment's URLs (see Accessing your deployment).
  • SDKs and Administration: client libraries, API keys, team management and support.

For the open-source Hindsight memory engine, which you can run yourself, see the open-source documentation.
