Hindsight Cloud with Enterprise features
The quickest way to get Enterprise capabilities is to enable them on your existing
Hindsight Cloud organization. You keep using the multi-tenant service at
ui.hindsight.vectorize.io and api.hindsight.vectorize.io; the Hindsight team turns on the
Enterprise features in your plan for your organization. There is nothing to install and no
migration.
This page is for Hindsight Cloud customers who need Enterprise security, compliance or support, and don't need a dedicated deployment.
What you get
The features in your plan are enabled for your organization. They can include:

When a feature isn't enabled for your organization, its page or tab shows a locked panel with a book a call button instead.
How to enable it
- Book a call or contact your Hindsight representative.
- Agree on the features and terms for your plan.
- The Hindsight team enables the features for your organization. They take effect immediately; refresh the console to see them.
- Configure them: for example, set up SSO on the Team page and turn on Memory Defense for the banks that need it.
Your memory banks, API keys, integrations and members are unchanged throughout.
How it differs from a dedicated deployment
Hindsight Cloud is a shared, multi-tenant service. Each organization's data is isolated logically and protected by the same access controls, but compute, databases and storage are shared, and Vectorize operates and upgrades the service continuously for all customers.
If you need any of the following, choose a dedicated deployment instead:
- Single-tenant isolation: your own database, storage, compute and identity service. See Private cloud.
- Private networking: private endpoints so traffic never crosses the public internet. See Private networking.
- Data in your own cloud account or data center: see BYOC and On-premises.
- Control over upgrade timing: dedicated deployments are upgraded on a schedule you agree with Vectorize. See Operations.
Moving from Hindsight Cloud to a dedicated deployment later is supported; the Hindsight team can transfer your memory banks.
