Refresh mental model

/v1/default/banks/:bank_id/mental-models/:mental_model_id/refresh

Submit an async task to re-run the source query through reflect and update the content. With no body the refresh runs in the model's own trigger.mode. Send {"mode": "full"} for a full refresh: the content is regenerated from scratch this once (to clear the drift delta edits accumulate) while the stored trigger keeps its mode. Unlike clearing the model first, a full refresh that fails leaves the previous content in place.
